Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Engage Potential Partners and
Product End Users:
This involves researching and reaching out to potential partners and customers who could benefit from the company's products or services.
This could include attending industry events, networking, and conducting outreach campaigns.Research and
Identify New Business Opportunities:
Keeping an eye on market trends and competitors to identify new areas of growth, potential partnerships, and innovative products or services that could be added to the company's offerings.
Build and Cultivate Client Relationships:
Developing strong relationships with existing clients and partners to not only maintain business but also explore additional opportunities for collaboration and revenue generation.
Understanding of Products/Services:
Developing a deep understanding of the company's products or services, so as to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential partners, clients, and stakeholders.
Develop Partnership Plans:
Creating strategic plans to engage key government agencies and stakeholders, solidifying the company's position within the industry and opening up new avenues for growth.
Prepare Business Proposals and Tenders:
Crafting compelling business proposals and participating in tender processes to secure new business deals.
Recommendations for Improvement:
Identifying areas where processes, efficiency, and productivity can be improved within the company and making well-founded recommendations for enhancement.
Report and Escalate:
Communicating progress, challenges, and opportunities to management as necessary, keeping them informed about the ongoing efforts to drive business growth.
Initiative and Proactivity:
Taking the initiative to identify opportunities, address challenges, and drive the business forward independently when needed.

Salary:
RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
Business Development: 5 years (preferred)
Language:
- Bahasa (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Mandarin (preferred)
