Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement production plans that meet customer needs, ensure timely delivery of high-quality products, and maximize profitability.

Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.

Oversee and lead a team of supervisors, operators, and support staff to meet production goals, while promoting a positive and safe work environment.

Develop and maintain production schedules, budgets, and performance metrics, and ensure production targetmet or exceeded.

Work closely with engineering, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to optimize production processes, resolve production issues, and maintain high product quality.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve production output.

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, and maintain a safe and healthy workplace for all employees.

Develop and maintain accurate production records, prepare reports for senior management, and participate in regular meetings to discuss production progress, opportunities, and challenges.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.

At least 7 years of experience in managing a production facility, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding production targets, reducing costs, and improving efficiencies.

With relevant working experience able to oversee 100 pax headcount or above manpower

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies, and the ability to implement these effectively.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a track record of making data-driven decisions.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to a variety of stakeholders.

Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.

Able to communicate in English ,Malay & Mandarin

Salary:
RM10, RM18,000.00 per month
