We are dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for our customers and promoting a positive and welcoming atmosphere.We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our Sports and F&B division, ensuring the achievement of our set vision and mission.
**Responsibilities Assistant Manager:- *
- Assist Manager to Oversee the overall management and daily operations of Wangsa Bowl Centers, including Bowling, Snooker, and Café, ensuring a smooth and standardized operation.
- Implement and coordinate the company's operational policies to enhance efficiency.
- Supervise and instruct Supervisors, and staff to ensure efficient performance in their respective functions.
- Prepare strategic planning for the center to achieve targets.
- Work closely with the Finance Department on operational matters, such as credit purchases, cash purchases, and petty cash and daily sales summary reports.
- Ensure café supervisors are running the café smoothly, and services, outlook, and cleanliness meet expected standards.
- Propose and plan for current and future business trends, including advertising, marketing, and promotions with necessary budgets.
- Execute and promote the center with welltimed promotional programs, tournaments, and events.
Advertising, Promotions, and Marketing:
- Propose advertising, marketing, and promotional plans with budget allocations.
- Organize and coordinate special promotions, displays, and events with the Marketing & Promotion Department.
- Analyze, design, and evaluate strategic marketing plans for the bowling center and other leisure and sports divisions.
- Propose and organize advertising and promotional events, including tournaments, oneday events, and leagues.
- Implement an efficient loyalty program, including gifts, redemption, and vouchers.
Human Resource Functions:
- Assist in onthejob training for new staff and regular training for existing staff to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Plan staff schedules to avoid manpower shortages and minimize overtime claims.
- Provide leadership and motivation to the team, setting long and shortterm goals and annual plans.
- Manage staff welfare and accommodations (staff hostel).
- Forecast headcounts and efficiently manage manpower to optimize operations.
- Oversee staffing issues and liaise with the Human Resource Department.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, ensuring alignment with company vision and mission.
Public Relations:
- Promote the center locally through liaisons with schools, government agencies, and the community.
- Stay updated on market trends in the bowling industry and competitors' activities.
- Prepare the center for companies' tournaments and establish liaisons with sponsors.
- Handle customer complaints and maintain professional interactions with customers.
Administrative Functions:
- Ensure timely submission of Daily Sales Report, bankin slips, invoices, petty cash, and other administrative documents.
- Maintain proper records of free game vouchers, lane faults, and lost games.
- Submit monthly attendance reports and overtime claims.
- Monitor administrative department compliance with reporting standards and accuracy.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the annual budget, optimizing revenue streams, and implementing costeffective measures.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and take proactive measures to ensure financial objectives are met.
Facility Maintenance:
- Ensure the bowling center maintains a high standard of cleanliness and overall appearance.
- Oversee and coordinate repairs and maintenance work, liaising with technician team as necessary.
- Ensuring bowling machines are in good conditions and technician's monthly spending are in line with budgets.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a track record of effectively managing teams.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and business planning to ensure efficient financial management.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed to accommodate the operational demands of the bowling center.
- Ability to use Microsoft excel, word and PowerPoint.

**Every week rotational Shift
Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
