Job Responsibilities: 1.

Build up local Malaysia production organization; recruit and develop training and certification program for newly joint members to run facility operations 2.

Perform testing and commissioning program to new-built Malaysia facility from individual equipment testing to overall system testing 3.

Oversee day-to-day operations, and develop Key Performance Indicator (KPI) to monitor top-line business targets in safety, operation efficiency, quality assurance, cost optimization and to meet local compliance and regulation 4.

Develop local operation excellence and build up local technical and operational competence, including operation policies, procedure, standards, guidelines, and specifications with the support from Head Quarter 5.

Collaborate with feedstock supply, sustainability certification, product sales, key stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to streamline operation and carry out continuous process improvement to meet strategic target 6.

Promote companywide strong safety culture, compile to local safety standard and meet Group Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) policy

Job Requirements:

Chemical or Mechanical Engineering Degree
Experience to manage operation for sizeable chemical facility or refinery, preferably in SE Asia or North Asia Region, and multi-nation/culture organization
Experience to running continuous flow processes, preferably knowledge in hydro treatment of hydrocarbon
Capable of handling operational issues in plant settings, managing external partners, and maintaining government relations
Proven ability to build high-performance teams
Strong leadership, independent thinking, organizational, and analytical skills required.

Salary:
RM25, RM35,000.00 per month
