Description
Collaborate with the management team to develop effective sales and marketing strategies for Cloud HRMS services.- Identify target markets and potential clients through market research and lead generation efforts.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Cloud HRMS to potential clients.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and qualify leads to understand their specific HR needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to address client pain points.
- Negotiate terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
- Work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer. satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive HRMS offerings to enhance sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales collateral.
- Coordinate with the technical team to address clientspecific technical requirements and provide customized solutions
Job Types:

RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
