Description

To search for new business opportunities / borrowers from use social media platforms

to promote a company's offerings. Specialist to use platforms from social media like
Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok to reach new customers, engage with current
ones, and announce new products or services.

• Interacting with customers and dealing with customers' enquirers.
• Ensure detailed understanding of loan /bank products and services and processes
• Share product feature and benefits, in relevance to customer's needs, and answer

customer's questions to increase revenues and meet set targets.

• Friendly, helpful and confident
• Regular meetings and prepare daily report to supervisor / manager for review on the

progress on goals, activities and status of prospective customers.

• Ensure compliance to the policies and procedures set by the FI / Bank. Protect the

image and brand of the FI/Bank.


Salary:
RM1, RM3,500.00 per month


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
