    • Maintaining and monitoring Project Budgets and Expenditures.
    • Organizing, attending , and participating in Tender Briefing/Meetings.
    • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from Tender Briefing / Meetings.
    • Ensuring documentation for Tender is met before the deadlines.
    • Providing administrative support as needed.
    • Undertaking project tasks as required.
    • Provide guidance, advice and support to the Company how could maximize the licensing revenue.
    • Monitoring, documenting, and reviewing license statuses to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
    • Ensure licensing records are well organize and documented.
    • Ensure our businesses/sites/projects are operating with legal permission.
    • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained
    • appropriately for each project.
