Credit Collections - Bandar Utama, Malaysia - Canaan Communication & Technologies Sdn Bhd
Description
Responsibilities
- Call and followup with customers to secure payment plans.
- Review and execute appropriate Collections actions like legal, restructure and settlements to recover debt and minimise credit losses.
- Partner with product teams and business units to coordinate Collection's activities across the bank.
- Achieve the productivity standard set for the team and individual KPI.
- Take on additional projects and tasks assigned by reporting manager.
Requirements:
- Have at least 2years of collections experience.
- Well versed in the bank products and processes.
- Good understanding of technology in the digital banking space.
- Possess strong written, communication and negotiation skill.
Pay:
From RM4,500.00 per month
