Main Responsibility

Inspects products to verify conformance to specifications and directs setup and adjustments of machines.
Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
Quality assurance utilizing: Physical counting, counting with electronic equipment, measurement skill, ruler, tape measure, calliper for length measurement.

- Diameter external, calliper and micrometer - Internal diameter, calliper, pin gauge with push/pull pressure gauge - Observation skills, identification of black spots on products and shape deformity - Troubleshoot problems that arises from production, give necessary advice to Production Department on output and product quality improvement - To supervise & train trainees for the position of QA/QC supervisors - To be familiar with relevant documentation, able to locate and access the files with
