Description

Company Secretaries are responsible for ensuring that an organization complies with standard financial and legal practices and maintains high standards of corporate governance.

• Assist in compilation of statutory forms, returns and reports and the company's compliance obligations
• Assist and support in setting up of meeting room for Board, Board Committees, Management-Level Committees Meetings, arrange for refreshment and assist in compilation of Meeting pack.
• Support Secretarial teams in administrative roles in execution of projects / assignments / corporate exercises.
• Maintain updated Board Charter, Committees Terms of Reference and other compliance policy and procedure
• Assist in drafting standard resolutions and circulation of resolutions.
• Assist in preparation of minutes of representation (list of resolutions/ minutes).
• Assist in updating and maintenance of statutory records and filing of resolutions.
• Assist in drafting of general correspondence, letters, memorandum.

• Student studying degree in administration/secretarial that performing 3 months internship.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with positive attitude.
• Trustworthy, able to maintain confidentiality with high integrity.
