Job description:

To conduct daily inspection on all electrical & mechanical equipment in the building and conduct repair work if needed.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in building maintenance / technical work in the building
Preferably has working experience with Joint Management Body or Management Corporation
Mature, initiative, selfmotivated and able to work independently
Good interpersonal skill and customer service experience

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 5.00pm

Saturday: 9.00am - 1.00pm
