We are an auto specialist company looking for Admin and Sales Support to provide the necessary support for daily and sales and administrative operations.

Responsibilities:


  • To provide sales support and assist sales team.
  • To assist in sales quotation, invoicing and customer service support.
  • To prepare, process and check documents relating to sales.
  • To assist in administrative work and maintain proper filing and recording system.
  • To book keep and manage office inventory management and orders preparation.
  • Willing to perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned on an adhoc basis.
  • Maintain a good relationship when interacting with both suppliers and customer.

Requirements:


  • Competent in Microsoft Office.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Strong organization skill, ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From RM1,700.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
  • Overtime pay
  • Yearly bonus
