Job description
We are an auto specialist company looking for Admin and Sales Support to provide the necessary support for daily and sales and administrative operations.
Responsibilities:
- To provide sales support and assist sales team.
- To assist in sales quotation, invoicing and customer service support.
- To prepare, process and check documents relating to sales.
- To assist in administrative work and maintain proper filing and recording system.
- To book keep and manage office inventory management and orders preparation.
- Willing to perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned on an adhoc basis.
- Maintain a good relationship when interacting with both suppliers and customer.
Requirements:
- Competent in Microsoft Office.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Strong organization skill, ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
From RM1,700.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus
