JOB PURPOSE:

  • This position is designed to help develop and implement effective brandbuilding strategies across multiple touch points
  • To reach out to our target audience and increase brand awareness and preference, usage and ultimately drive loyalty as part of the brand objectives.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Understand consumer & trade landscape for Shell Rimula & B2b Industrial Products
  • Analyzing data to report on brand growth. Prepare reports on brand performance and sales
  • Support E2E i.e. integrated mkg campaign, consumer activation, media launch, agency and supplier management, integration with indirect channel & retail, premium & POS ordering and delivery and ensure smooth execution in trade, premium inventory tracking
  • Support in working together with trade and B2B marketing manager on BTL / Trade activations
  • Lead development and implementation of subprojects / short term execution plans
  • Maintain up
- to-date brand maps, pricing strategies, market-relevant list prices and floor prices. Also, track competitive review along with distributors and agencies.

  • SP&A management, PR/PO/Invoicing, signing of MBA, premiums management
  • Lead activations with key brand campaigns and promotions for well rounded integration
- to deliver business growth.

  • Support marketing team on roadshows and events
  • Analyze industry, competition and market trends
  • Coordinates with all brand sponsorship/contract and administrative matters

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • 23 years experience with marketing or engineering background
  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Previous exposure to B2b sector, experience in Lubricant industry is an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
  • Mobile and willing to work flexible hours.
  • Comfortable to operate independently.
  • English/Malay/Chinese speaker.
  • Driving License.
