Core Job Duties:
- To assist supervisor to improve customers' satisfaction level of company's repair service
- To establish a longterm sustainable and robust Repair department with continuous trainings and selfstudy
- Responsible for postsales complaint/inquiry handling.
- To work on repair of faulty instruments from local/overseas customers.
- To maintain a complete log of queries/complaints from customers/distributors
- To strictly follow company's job dispatching/assignment system/ServiceMax to prevent errors and delay from happening
- To develop and keep updating detailed SOPs and make sure adherence to them
- To make sure your job is fully backed up by your supervisor
- Skill Development
- Selfstudy with repair manual and receive repair trainings to get familiarized with repair of multiple products. (acquire certification if needed)
Requirement:
- Diploma degree or Higher (With majors in Biomedical engineering or Electrical engineering preferred)
- Fresh graduate or equivalent with no prior job experience are acceptable
- Positive and Cooperative attitude
- Driven and Go Getter mentality
- Great and patient communicator
Salary:
RM3, RM3,700.00 per month
