工作内容:
1. 支持营销活动的策划和执行。

2. 为社交媒体帖子、促销电子邮件和其他营销材料撰写文案。

3.协助创作营销渠道的文字、视频、图片内容。

4. 协助学生与家长进行网课。

5. 为线上课堂中的所有相关问题提供快速及时的解决方案。

6. 提供优质的客户服务,确保客户满意。

7. 记录学生出勤和教师的考勤。

8. 遵守沟通程序、指导方针和政策

9. 与其他部门协调解决反馈、上报问题,确保运营效率

10. 创建报告以更新管理团队工作的进度和结果

11. 其他经理分配的任何其他任务和项目

工作需求:
1. 流利的中文与英语 - 与客户互动。。

2. 具有出色的人际交往和沟通技巧,能够与各层面的客户建立牢固的工作关系

3. 适应远程工作模式

4. 扎实的电脑技能,尤其是MS Excel

Support marketing campaign planning and execution.
Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels.
To handle online class operation smoothly.
To provide fast and timely solutions to all related problems during online class.
To ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent Customer Services.
Keep records of student attendance and teacher performance.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Be an effective change manager with the ability to lead the team through by displaying motivating and encouraging behaviours
Coordinate and resolve feedback, escalations with other departments to ensure operational efficiencies
Create reports to update the management on the team's progress and results
Any other assignments and projects as assigned by the Manager

Requirement:

Must be fluent in both Mandarin & English - to interact with clients/customers who are Mandarin-speaking.
Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop strong working relationship at various levels
Comfortable with digitalization and remote work
Solid computer skills, especially MS Excel
