The Sales/Business Development Executive is responsible for driving sales of Companies' solution.

The role will also be required to develop and work with the channel partners in Malaysia and Singapore, in exceeding sales objectives.

This role responsible for all aspects of the sales process including prospecting, lead management, qualification, product demonstrations, evaluation, close and account care.

This is a quota‐carrying sales position that plays an integral role in the success of the overall sales team.


Responsibilities:


  • Define and execute territory sales plans and then meet and exceed sales goals (quotas) through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities within Malaysia;
  • Coordinate sales activities with partners and resellers to identify and close new business;
  • Develop and manage sales pipeline prospect and assess new sales potential while moving a large number of transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline;
  • Provide initial product demonstrations and general support to prospective customers;
  • Nurture and expand the company's relationship within customer accounts in Malaysia;
  • Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast;
  • Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products;
  • Persuasively communicate the value of our solutions in terms of value and impact on customer business goals;
  • Work closely with our marketing teams to market our solutions and gather feedback on customer and market needs;
  • Directly interact with our professional services team to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:


  • Outstanding verbal and writing, communications and interpersonal skills in English is essential;
  • At least 2 years plus experience in selling software and related to construction industry;
  • Confidence and ability to interface professionally with a wide spectrum of customers for both existing and new accounts;
  • Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; selfdirected and resourceful;
  • Be comfortable with technology, mobile apps and cloud services;
  • Demonstrated sales abilities & a track record of successful selling software and account management;
  • 1 Full-Time position available.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
