About the Job
Attending to customers, achieving sales targets, executing daily operation activities to support the business growth. Responsible for improving customer service experience and keeping the showroom in good condition.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure each customer receives excellent customer service at our store.
  • Responsible for daily operational, daytoday goals and priorities assigned by management.
  • Proactively provide updated product consultation to customers.
  • Support each colleague and practice teamwork in achieving group targets.
  • Ensure showroom cleanliness and continuous improvement of product display.
  • Handle customers enquiries and coordinate from start to end of the sales to delivery process.
  • Participate in all company related activities including warehouse sale, exhibition, training, and
- company activities.

  • Assist in all activities planned by the company in supporting overall business growth.

Requirements:


  • Minimum academic requirement: Finished SPM
  • At least 3 years of sales experience ( preferably from a retail environment)
  • Fluent in English, Malay & Mandarin / Cantonese
  • Outgoing, proactive with good communication skills
  • Selfmotivated and goaloriented with a desire to deliver results.
  • Passionate about sales

Salary:
RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
