What we are looking out for?
We're on the look-out for a production coordinator to assist us in our production site in Kulai.

Responsibilities

Primary role is to be responsible for the coordination of our 2 key production lines, including all logístical arrangements required in the production process, i.e all stock (LWS frame & BT Panel) etc. and its distribution.
Estimate the amount of material, equipment, and labour required for production.
Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays in production.
Coordinate production operations in accordance with material, labour, and equipment availability.
Monitor changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met.
Assist in the audit and quality of the finished products before shipping.
Generate and prepare quotations, invoices, payments to vendors/suppliers/customers
Partake in regular safety audits to ensure that the working environment is safe for the staff.

Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in a similar role
Able to communicate in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu in order to communicate with our suppliers and staff.
Knowledge of building construction and building material such as light gauge steel structural system and any other building materials, building structure that is required from different countries esp. Australia a plus.
Knowledge of light steel frame machine operation, light steel framing software such as Vertex BD or any other light steel framing is a bonus
Construction drafter/ supervisor would be welcomed
