Project Title:

AI-enabled Yield Management System

Description:

Scope:

Introduced to Micron's Assembly and Test manufacturing process flow to understand and appreciate the challenges, and requirements for a sensible yield management system.
Interact and performing with endtoend project team: buss partner, I4.0 analyst, data scientists, process engineering teams, solution architect, data engineers, in implementing a thoughtful manufacturing solution.
Opportunity to be exposed to the different types of production engineering datasets relating to a realworld problem in semiconductor manufacturing setting.

Supporting Team:

IT Team
Engineering Team

Deliverables:

Develop a proofofconcept (POC) and/or contribute to implementing a production solution in the Yield Management System.

Stretch Goal:

Deployment of POC to production.
Innovative ideas that contribute to solutions with great positive impact to quality, yield, and operations.
