Roles and Responsibilities:

Ensure all Batch raw materials incoming to the plant properly testing according to the work instructions and results is registering in plant database.
Ensure all Binder raw materials incoming to the plant properly testing according to the work instructions and results is registering in plant database.
Ensure all Packaging raw materials incoming to the plant properly testing according to the work instruction and results is registering in plant database.
Ensure that all products during production are properly testing according to the work instruction and results is registering in plant database.
Ensure that products during storage in warehouse are properly testing according the to work instruction and schedule, results is registering in plant database.
Inform supervisor about all quality nonconformities which will be find during quality testing of raw materials or products
Supervise the production process to guarantee that all products meet quality expectation
Continually develop recommendations to enhance quality through new ideas and/or methods
Equipment calibration
Under the supervision of the Lab.technician and Process and Quality Manager, execute projects to fulfill department goals and objectives in quality, and product enhancements
Participate in internal quality audits

Qualifications and Experience Required:

Atleast Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or in any related field
Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of experience in Process/Manufacturing Engineering in a similar environment but not limited to
