Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Lead and manage a team of distributors and sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet their targets and deliver exceptional performance.

Distribution Strategy:

Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement effective distribution strategies that align with company objectives and market trends.

Performance Monitoring:

Monitor distributor and sales team performance by setting KPIs, tracking metrics, and conducting regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.

Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory levels at distributor points, ensuring optimal stock levels to prevent stockouts while minimizing excess inventory.

Route Optimization:
Plan and optimize distribution routes to minimize delivery time and transportation costs while maximizing delivery efficiency.

Customer Relationship:

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts, addressing their concerns promptly and ensuring their needs are met.

Market Analysis:

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to adapt distribution strategies and stay ahead in the market.

Compliance:
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout the distribution process.

Problem Solving:
Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to enhance the distribution process and streamline operations.

Reporting:
Generate regular reports on distribution performance, sales achievements, and market insights for management review.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in FMCG distribution, with a minimum of [2] years in a supervisory or management role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Proficient in using distribution software and tools.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with crossfunctional teams.
A resultsdriven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and goals.
Knowledge of local and regional market dynamics in the FMCG sector.

Salary:
RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
