Description

To supervise the day to day operations of the building in accordance with policies, procedures and standing orders issued by the Facility Manager/Management

To supervise and maintain the operations of all electrical installations including operation of the standby generator and airconditioning systems in the building in accordance with the requirements of the relevant authorities;
Plan, organize and implement a comprehensive program (including both corrective and preventive activities) to ensure smooth operation electrical installation
Lead and manage a team of wire men / technicians & facility resources to provide effective and reliable support services for all plant machineries, equipment and facilities
Attend to electrical breakdown, trouble shooting and provide regular monthly or yearly maintenance.
Carry out inhouse electrical works including maintenance, inspection and testing as assigned by the management.
Develop and maintain records and reports such as equipment and supplies inventories, damage reports, preventive maintenance and repair records, key and lock index
Troubleshooting high voltage equipment
Managing and coordinate maintenance team and shift Chargeman

Requirements :
-

Certified Chargeman BO (11KV) from Malaysia Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga)
At least 23 years working experience in the similar position required.
Good working experience in the commercial building or maintenance building.
