Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientations, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and benefits.
- Process employee changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Prepare HRrelated documents, such as employment letters, HR policies, and disciplinary notices.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in resolving employee grievances and conflicts through effective communication and mediation.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Compliance management and liaison with government authorities such as EPF, SOSCO, and LHDN.
- Support payroll processing by verifying timesheets, calculating overtime, and ensuring accuracy of payroll data.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee wellness initiatives.
- Preparing the staff and company's yearly EA form.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Prepare reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, timetofill, and training participation.
General Administration:
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Maintain an effective filling system for proper maintenance of all human resources documentation.
- To provide monthly management reports or assigned reports when required.
- To maintain good working relationships and practice open communication with staff of other departments.
- To undertake any other ad hoc assignments as assigned from time to time by the superior.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
Job Types:

Pay:
RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
