Location: Positions available in Kuala Lumpur/Selangor, Johor, and Perak.


Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and potential clients.

Proposal Management: Respond to requests for proposals, conducting thorough location and site assessments.

Site Targeting: Develop and maintain a target list of sites for review and proposal submissions.

Efficient Execution: Plan, organize, coordinate, and execute assigned tasks efficiently.

Market Research: Continuously conduct market surveys and formulate effective marketing strategies.

Data-Driven Decision-Making: Conduct marketing analysis to inform decision-making.

Contract Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate contracts with clients.

Technical Knowledge: Basic technical knowledge is an advantage.

Service Industry Experience: Individuals with experience in the service industry are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Understanding of parking systems management.
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to conduct effective demonstrations and presentations to the public.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in selling products/services is advantageous.

Education:


  • Diploma and above

Pay:
From RM3,000.00 per month
