Description

As an Accounts Executive at Kazehi Global, you will play a pivotal role in our growth journey by will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth by spearheading the acquisition and development of our client base.


We are searching for a talented and ambitious individual who is passionate about building meaningful customer relationships and exceeding sales targets.

You will play a key role in our continued success, developing and executing strategic account plans to acquire new clients and nurture existing relationships.

This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise make a significant impact on the company's growth trajectory.


What You'll Do

Drive revenue: Develop strategic account plans, identify high-value leads, and exceed assigned sales quotas.

Become a client expert: Consult with clients, understand their challenges, and develop solutions.

Be a hunter:Identify and qualify high-value leads through a comprehensive prospecting strategy. This may involve a combination of inbound and outbound activities, such as cold calling, leveraging industry knowledge to target ideal customers, and attending industry events to build relationships.

Close deals & build trust:Cultivate strong working relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, acting as the primary point of contact and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships.

Collaborate for success: Work with internal Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure a unified client experience.

Stay sharp: Track metrics, analyze trends, remain informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.


Requirements:


  • An extremely performanceoriented and salesdriven individual that can expect to be remunerated generously through sheer hardwork and effort
  • A seasoned sales professional with a minimum of 5 years of demonstrably successful experience in B2B sales, preferably with experience and knowledge about government grants. A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving quota is essential.
  • An indepth understanding of the sales cycle and the ability to implement effective sales methodologies to achieve optimal results.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the charisma to captivate clients and inspire confidence.
  • A keen ability to build strong relationships and develop trust with clients at all levels.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspaces is essential
  • A selfmotivated and resultsoriented individual with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
  • The ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment, working independently and collaboratively as part of a cohesive team.
  • Able to do cold calls and find leads on your own
  • 2 months probation before confirmation
  • Additional commission if target is exceeded

Work Style:
Hybrid - In person & WFH (2-3 days in office, depending on work load & meetings)


Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
