Sales Director (IDC Data Center Professional Services) - Malaysia

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Director responsible for the development of IDC Data Center Professional Services and the company's business.

This role primarily involves local project execution, team management, company operations, and expanding local business.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans for IDC Data Center Professional Services to drive the growth of the company's business line.
• Manage projects to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction meet expected levels.
• Monitor revenue and costs, optimizing business performance.
• Lead the team, nurture and develop the next generation of leaders, and build a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications:

- local management experience with a background in Chinese-owned enterprises or state-owned enterprises, with the ability and experience to expand in the local market.

• Experience in business upgrades or transformations, with the ability to effectively respond to market changes and challenges.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and resource integration skills, with a strong drive to propel team and business growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience serving stateowned enterprises or large internet clients will be given preference.
• Experience in the IT services or IDC services field will be given preference.

Salary:
RM15, RM25,000.00 per month


Experience:

Data Centers: 5 years (preferred)

Business Develpment: 5 years (preferred)


Language:

• Chinese (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (preferred)
