Description
Perform facial treatment services according to standards set by the company, training provided.- Always ensure the client's satisfaction and comfort.
- To monitor and followup to customer's treatment and skin condition improvement
- Build positive relationships and demonstrate customer service oriented.
- Achieve sales targets and goals by promoting our services and recommending appropriate treatments and products to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict hygiene and sanitation practices to ensure the utmost safety and comfort for clients.
- Ensure all required stock or items are refilled accordingly.
- Provide administrative support in terms of customer care, including scheduling appointments, and maintaining accuracy in customers' treatment logs and customer satisfaction surveys.
- Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention.
Salary:
RM2, RM5,000.00 per month
