Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management:

Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) of all retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team targets are met or exceeded.

Implement performance improvement plans as needed and recognize and reward outstanding performance.

Store Operations:

Ensure all stores are adequately staffed to meet operational requirements and customer demand.
Oversee store opening procedures and coordinate with store managers to address any staffing issues promptly.
Regularly review and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Inventory and Sales Target:

Monitor stock levels and accuracy across all stores to ensure they are aligned with sales goals.
Collaborate with inventory management teams to optimize stock levels, minimize shortages, and maximize sales potential.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly to achieve set sales targets.

Merchandising and Promotion:

Ensure proper merchandising standards are maintained in all stores, including effective product displays, price tagging, and promotional signage.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns that drive sales and foot traffic.

Customer Service:

Develop and implement customer service standards and guidelines for all retail staff.

Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and ensure consistent and exceptional service across all store locations, including in-person and digital channels like WhatsApp and other messaging platforms.

Cash Management:

Implement and enforce cash handling policies and procedures to ensure proper cash handling at all store locations. Conduct regular audits of cash registers, safe, and cash handling processes to prevent discrepancies and minimize risks. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

New Store Expansion:

Research and propose new store locations based on market analysis, customer demographics, and business growth potential. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute expansion strategies, including site selection, store setup, and launch.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of progressive retail management experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing staff.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.
Flexibility to travel to different store locations as needed.
