Main ResponsibilitiesConduct training and provide consultancy in the respective area of specializationOrganize, set-up and deliver courses to meet the needs of customersCarry out training needs analysisDesign, develop and customize course materials to meet the requirements of customersConduct assessment and outcomes of courses deliveredInstall software, configure systems, upgrade or troubleshoot equipment, and classroom setup as requiredKeep current regarding changes in computer technology, introduction of new software products, vendor certifications, and educational methodologiesFlexibility in dealing with scheduling changes and new training situationsWork effectively with individuals from all departments as a Team Player and be committed to the overall success of the CompanyOffer exceptional customer service to internal/external customers by being highly communicative and responsiv
