- Resolving customer complaints and providing accurate information to improve customer's satisfaction
- Working in a team to achieve KPI elements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
- SPM leavers and Fresh Graduates are welcomed to start their first career in a Call Centre
