JOB SCOPE:


  • Resolving customer complaints and providing accurate information to improve customer's satisfaction
  • Working in a team to achieve KPI elements

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • SPM leavers and Fresh Graduates are welcomed to start their first career in a Call Centre
  • Full Training Provided
