Store Clerk - Jasin, Malaysia - EVERLASTING BASE SDN. BHD.

Description

• Provide administrative support to the Store (Raw Material) Department to ensure operational excellence.
• Responsible for proper arrangement and identification of raw material and finished goods and storage.
• Receive and checking all the incoming raw material tally with actual and purchase order (PO) and delivery order (DO).
• Arrange and checking all the outgoing finished goods tally with actual and delivery order (DO).
• Update inventory reports accurately and report to superior timeliness.
• Ensure all warehouse facilities & equipment are properly maintained and documented.
• Ensure all documentation are properly filed and retrievable.
• Any other tasks assigned by superior or management.

• Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience in manufacturing.
• Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Administrative / Clerical or equivalent.
• Have basic knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and SQL Accounting.
• Have good communication and interpersonal skill.
