Deine Aufgaben

  • Manage HR operation activities such as data entry, confirmation, contract renewal, letter preparation, insurance and etc)
  • Process end to endmonthly payroll in a timely manner and accurately
  • Follow up, resolve issue by recommend solutions or alternative methods to customer according to SLA.
  • Perform scheduled activities, such as execute regular reports, perform data quality check, etc.
  • Active participation in process improvement initiatives such as automation and process harmonization
  • To assist in adhoc projects or duties as assigned from time to time
  • Ensure adherence to all Document Retention, Reporting and Audit requirements.
  • Ensure documentation/ process manuals / working instructions are uptodate.
Wen wir suchen

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources will be an added advantage) or equivalent business experience.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English amp; Mandarin.
  • Works well in a team.
  • Strong competency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent in data analysis
  • Possess problem solving and decisionmaking ability.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
