Company Profile

Japanese restaurant with more than 3200 outlets, the largest number of restaurants in the worldwide table service restaurant industry.

  • Support the CEO with special tasks, follow up on assigned strategic projects, and coordinating with plants/functional teams on CEO requests & instructions.
  • Understand CEO priorities & agenda to stay aligned and support the CEO to manage time including allocation & scheduling.
  • Work within management team in handling relevant contents and high level administration duties at local & international levels.
  • Create and add values to streamline administrative processes.
  • Take a strategical approach to problem solving. Critical thinking is required to recommend and propose solutions (or options) to CEO.
  • Provides a bridge for smooth communication between CEO office and plant management/functional teams leadership to maintain good relationship with senior management staff and division head office team.

Requirements:


  • Preferably English and 中文 speakers is an added advantage;
  • Maintain critical standards in service speed and quality, workflows, and floor layouts;
  • Be able to memorize manuals and explain the menu to customers; Maintain a friendly attitude and communicate effectively with customers and meet their needs in an appropriate manner;
  • Have a strong sense of cooperation and safety awareness;
  • Be able to perform all roles of service position according to SOP or any adhoc duties;
  • Specialized in F&B is advantageous;
  • Maintain hygiene, sanitary, and cleanliness standards of the outlets.
  • Qualification: Fresh graduate and SPM leavers are encouraged to apply. No experience required

Additional Information
Working Hour: 6 days / week (8 hour per day)

  • Location: Kuala Lumpur / Selangor

Salary:
RM1, RM2,400.00 per month
