Job Scope

a) To manage enquiries from phone calls, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp;
b) To call new leads / follow up cold leads;
c) To remind new lead appointments;
d) To extract leads data from Facebook;
e) To prepare daily, weekly and monthly marketing report;
f) To organize and keep all the leads data safe and confidential;
g) To filter and arrange the leads data accordingly, based on their status (unanswered, missed, turned up, etc);
h) To manage client appointments via the provided system;
i) To assist and support marketing activities under this role;
j) To assist in ad-hoc office or clinic activities.


Salary:
RM2, RM3,800.00 per month

  • Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

Experience:


  • Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • Mandarin (preferred)
  • Bahasa (preferred)
