1、负责马来西亚比亚迪店面的财务管理;

Be responsible for financial management of BYD's store in Malaysia.

2、协助总部财务部及海外事业部统筹管理马来西亚店面财务工作。

Assist financial department in HQ and overseas business department to coordinate the management of finances for Malaysia store.

工作职责:

Job responsibilities:
1、根据财务战略目标,制定年度、季度月度财务计划,协同分解部门月度预算,负责公司财务报表、内部管理报表准确及时填报上交;

Formulate monthly, quarterly and annual financial plans according to the financial strategic target, assist departments to break down the monthly budget, and prepare the financial reports and internal management report accurately and ensure a timely submission of the reports.

2、制订及完善公司财务制度及流程,落实执行集团各项财务管理制度、会计核算制度;
Formulate and improve financial system and financial process, and implement various financial management systems and accounting systems within the Group

3、负责资金筹措和税务规划,确保公司各部门正常运转;
Be responsible for funding and taxation planning, to ensure a functional operation of all departments within the company.

4、主持对重大投资项目和经营活动的风险评估、指导、跟踪和财务风险控制;
Conduct risk analysis, guidance and tracking for major investment projects and provide financial risk control.

5、外部沟通协调、财务团队建设和人员培养。

Ensure coordination and communication with external parties, develop financial teams and provide training on personnel.

6、其它

Others

(a) 需要协助总部财务部及海外事业部对目前海外业务的财务管理工作进行统筹;

It is required to assist HQ financial department and overseas business department in terms of coordination of financial management

(b) 懂得融通国际财务法与国内财务管理的不同,保持与业务部门顺畅沟通;

Have a comprehensive knowledge of the differences between international accounting laws and financial management in Mainland of China, and maintain a smooth communication with business department.

(c) 内外部沟通协调,统筹马来西亚子公司财务经理管理。

Ensure communication and coordination between internal and external parties, and coordinate the management of financial managers in Malaysia subsidiaries.

任职资格:
Qualification

1、学历:本科以上,财务、会计相关专业。

Education:
with bachelor's degree or above, and majored in finance or accounting

2、职称:具有国内中级会计师及以上职称,具有CPA,ACCA证书者优先。

Professional title:
with middle-class of accounting qualification (mainland of China) or above, CPA or ACCA is preferable.

3、工作经验:五年以上财务经理及以上管理工作经验,有汽车行业经销商财务经理岗位经验者优先。

Working experience:

more than 5 years of working as financial managers or in the position of management, experience of financial managers in auto industry is preferable.

4、其它:双休,英文或中文可作为工作语言,正直、诚实,良好的沟通能力,良好的职业素养。

Others:
weekend, English or Chinese can be used as working language.

Personal qualities:
integrity, honest and good communication skills with work ethic.
