e:
Tier 1 Brands)
- Construct highlevel strategic business plans and identify new sources of growth
- Educate Brands on methods to increase their traction in Shopee
- Negotiate deals with sellers and curate SKUs for various campaigns, promotions, online marketing, and media as required
- Analyze sellers' progress, activities, sales performances and category initiatives to drive transaction numbers and revenue
- Identify market gaps and manage pricing strategy, product assortment, and stock availability of Brands in the category
- Secure exclusive partnerships for key campaigns (e
g:
9.9/11.11)
- Work closely with internal teams (e
g:
marketing, merchandising) to optimize the visibility and credibility of Brands
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in any field, and experience in the ecommerce industry would be an added advantage
- Strong analytical skills (proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required)
- Innovative problemsolving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly
- Team player with an aptitude for work and the drive to constantly outperform your KPIs
- Excellent command of English and the ability to converse fluently in other languages (e
g:
Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin) will be an added advantage
