Description

1) To liaise with main contractor on all project and site operation as a subcon.

2) To verify drawing/technical specification for adequacy.

3) To monitor progress of construction operation.

4) To supervise, plan and direct the construction foreign worker daily.

5) To handle and solve problems for foreign workers at site.

6) To submit reports from time to time to management.

7) To perform any other duties as and when required.

8) Understand project flow & main on sites practices.

Requirements:

1) Possess Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering. Those without the relevant
qualifications but with 10 years' experience in the construction industry can also be
considered.

2) Minimum years working experience preferably from
roadwork, infrastructure, building, and construction industry in a similar position.

3) Conversant in bilingual languages, namely English and Bahasa Malaysia.

4) Have good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with a strong inclination towards quality management practices.

5) Must be a dynamic, team player, committed and result-oriented.

6) Must have the ability and personality to drive and motivate the team to achieve common goals.

7) Able to communicate and coordinate in a clear and organized manner with others.
Responsible, diligent, and honest

8) Experience with JKR or government projects especially road construction &
infrastructure will be an added advantage

9) Good knowledge of construction safety regulations & accident protocol.

10) Preferably to be computer literate and familiar with MS Office Applications, MS
Project Schedule & Auto Cad

11) Willing to travel & relocate to site.

Salary:
RM2, RM4,500.00 per month
