(Global Payroll & HR Services)

Position Overview


Responsibilities:


  • Primary point of contact for daytoday payroll support and inquiries
  • Assist with the execution of payrolls for all Insulet employees in a multisite, multistate, and multicountry environment, as required
  • Assist with the coordination of all payroll tax filings with thirdparty payroll provider
  • Maintain and document payroll processes and procedures
  • Manage payroll inquiries submitted via HR ServiceNow
  • Assist managers and supervisors with time and attendance compliance
  • Troubleshoot minor timeclock issues
  • Manage time off accruals and provide reporting as required
  • Assist with offboarding terminated employees while ensuring accuracy and timeliness of final pay.
  • Support audit requests as needed across the business.
  • Assist with team training on new processes or skills refresher.
  • Provides quality customer service to the organization to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders through effective and timely communications throughout all stages of the employee lifecycle.
  • Provides onboarding and new hire support as needed
  • May assist with providing employee file management by setting up and maintaining all employee records according to company guidance.
  • Assists with employee data administration by ensuring employee data integrity in the HRIS systems. Processes all employee change requests and data updates. May be required to pull reports based on business needs.
  • Supports the employee offboarding process through severance administration support and helpdesk notification.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Required Skills/Competencies:

  • Prior payroll processing experience required
  • Demonstrable proficiency with payroll software
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Solid understanding of Mexico payroll best practices and Mexico payroll tax regulations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Must be flexible, work well under pressure, and have the ability to adapt to change readily.
  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English

Preferred Skills/Competencies:

  • Experience with complex payroll issues: multistate setups, short
- and long-term disability, general benefit knowledge, garnishments, etc.

  • Experience with International employees a plus
  • Strong computer skills and technical capabilities in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Workday Payroll experience a plus
  • Demonstrating Role Model Behavior
  • Positive and professional representative of Insulet and the Human Resources team.
