Finance Assistant - Petaling Jaya, Malaysia - Wing Tai Fashion Sdn Bhd
Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports on timely manner.
- Responsible for Account Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger including of preparing invoices, journal entries, checking supporting entries, bank reconciliations, perform intercompany transaction and accounts reconciliation, fixed asset management.
- Assist in yearend audit and taxation compliance preparation.
- Verify staff claims for payment.
- Maintain proper accounting records and filing system.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholder, such as auditors, bankers, vendors and etc.
- Handle adhoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
Requirement:
- Possess a Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional qualifications.
- At least 3 years of relevant experiences, preferable with Retail industry exposure and experiences.
- Professional communication skills and in both written and oral English.
- Proficient in Microsoft excel and Microsoft Dynamic (GP) will be advantage.
- Good analytical skills & result oriented.
- Great attitude, good team player and able to work independently under stringent timelines.
Salary:
RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
