ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
*Handle full sets of accounts and daily operation works of Account Department.

*Ensure monthly reporting pack are accurately prepared on a timely basis and adhere to accounting standard.

*Perform analysis and reporting of management accounts to ensure timely delivery of high quality and accurate financial data.

*Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i


e:
AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc.)

*Prepare payment proposal and execute payments according to approval matrix and authorization levels.

*Monitor and prepare HQ Petty cash and staff claims reimbursement.

*Matching PO, suppliers DO, purchasing invoices prior payment.

*Checking of petty cash vouchers and receipts from Project sites.

*Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial and local tax where required.

*Follow up closely all the disputed invoices and ensure the issue is being resolved.

*Cash book & bank recon function.

*Any other duties to be assigned.
