Description
Handling all incoming call and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere,
  • Control access by using IOI App.
  • Manager and upkeep cleanliness and tidiness of reception area.
  • Provide any other administrative or clerical support.

Job Specification

  • Minimum SPM / Certificate in relative discipline.
  • Preferably 2 years relevant experience in similar position.
  • Proficient to both spoken and written English and Bahasa.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Knowledge in using Microsoft Office (Work & Excel).
