Description
Handling all incoming call and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.- Deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere,
- Control access by using IOI App.
- Manager and upkeep cleanliness and tidiness of reception area.
- Provide any other administrative or clerical support.
Job Specification
- Minimum SPM / Certificate in relative discipline.
- Preferably 2 years relevant experience in similar position.
- Proficient to both spoken and written English and Bahasa.
- Good communication skill.
- Knowledge in using Microsoft Office (Work & Excel).
