The Manager of Human Resources & Administration:
Leads Human Resource practices and objectives for the UCSI Group of Schools Kuala Lumpur that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasises empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of an outstanding workforce.
The HR Director oversees HR systems, handle employee relations, ensure compliance with regulations, manage budgets, assess staffing needs, hire employees, design training programmes, and develop compensation plans.

5) Performance Management
6) Workforce Planning & Succession Planning
7) Internal recruitment/external recruitment and/or recruitment of expatriates
8) Prepare Job Advertisements to publish internally or externally if applicable
9) Rewards & Recognition
10) Talent Management
11) Learning & Development
12) Staff Engagement Survey/Project
13) Payroll
14) Ensure all Part-time contracts, Student interns, contracts are prepared accordingly
15) Prepare Confirmation of Employment and Renewal of Contracts
16) Staff Resignation - Acceptance of resignation letters and handover before releasing of salaries
17) Adhoc letters - Drafting and finalizing all adhoc letters such as transfers, salary adjustment, additional portfolios, changes in terms and conditions of employment, visa letter, staff status, etc.
18) Promotion exercise - to execute the process as per the HR Policy and Procedures related to all promotion cases.
19) Performance Management and Performance Appraisal Exercise
20) Manage Salary Adjustment Cases - Adjustments due to additional portfolios; upgrading of qualification; changes in renewal fixed terms contracts; market adjustments, etc.
21) Work on Industrial Relations and Employee Relations Matters with Group Legal Office
22) Manage Medical Claims
23) Manage insurance coverage for staff
24) Work with Group HR on salary administration and statutory payment for all sister companies, including part time claims, etc;
25) Perform other duties as assigned by your Supervisor from time to time.
