Key Responsibilities:

Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
Organize and participate in job fairs and events and lead employer branding initiatives
Possess specialized skills and qualifications to screen technical/non technical resumes
Perform prescreening calls to analyze applicants abilities
Coordinate with team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
Create job offer letters and onboard new hires

; Requirements:

Prerequisites:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree.
Proven work experience as a Technical and IT Recruiter
Handson experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Google meet)
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical as well as non technical roles.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and care deeply about quality experience.
Ability to multitask, appropriately prioritize and work in a fast paced and frequently changing.
Ability to work with diverse people and cultures.
People have friendly personalities, able to work independently.
