Experience: 10+ years in construction management, specializing in earthwork, roadworks, and geotechnical works.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead endtoend construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Oversee budgetary aspects, analyze cost implications, and optimize resource allocations.
  • Efficiently manage onsite construction teams and foster effective collaboration.
  • Administer and interpret contracts, ensuring alignment with project requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Implement quality control measures and enforce strict safety regulations on construction sites.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Identify and promptly resolve constructionrelated issues to mitigate project risks.
  • Conduct onsite evaluations to assess progress, identify challenges, and drive solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance construction processes and project outcomes.

Requirements:


  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Project).
  • Competence in conflict and crisis management for effective problem resolution.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills for team management and stakeholder communication.
  • Strong awareness of safety regulations and practices in the construction industry.

Salary:
RM9, RM19,000.00 per month

  • Fixed shift
