Your responsibilities will be to:

Prepare the accounting, financial and other related reports, and to ensure the reports are submitted accurately and timely;
Assist in Finance system enhancement, change initiatives to improve overall process flow efficiency and effectiveness, reporting, financial analysis and compliance;
Responsible for various financial reporting deliverables in accordance with internal policies, financial reporting standards and relevant laws and regulations;
Responsible for ensuring payments are made to the vendors within the deadline with proper approvals;
Responsible for the preparation, review, and analysis of monthly financial reports and yearly budgets;
Effectively manage cash & working capital reconciliation including cash management function;
Maintains systems, procedures and policies of finance and accountings functions as assigned to ensure adherence to department guidelines;
Assist to develop and implement new processes and procedures to enhance the workflow and productivity of the department;
Participates in the analysis of financial/business data to evaluate the performance of the business;
Arranging and completing yearly tax fillings, financial audits, and reviews as required.

To be eligible for this role, you will require:

Minimum qualification Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any related discipline, with partial professional qualification of ACCA, ICAEW, CPA, CA, MIA, CIA, or equivalent;
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar capacity;
Good knowledge of MS Excel;
Demonstrate a positive attitude with ability to get things done, and meet organizational deadlines;
Able to work independently with minimum supervision, multitask, detail oriented.

Salary:
RM2, RM3,200.00 per month
