Description
Human Resources- Assist in daytoday operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Learning and supporting employee engagement and branding activities.
- Assist in updating our company data with new staff information like personal details and employmentrelated documents.
- Supporting the management of handling disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Assist in maintaining employee records (attendance, punctuality etc) according to policy.
; Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good handson skills, excellent analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
- Able to work collaboratively with others.
- Good team player, positive attitude, motivated, and eager to learn.
- Able to commit for minimum duration of 38 months.
