Customer Service Branch (Wangsa Maju) to join our remarkable team. Your role will be truly crucial in ensuring the growth and success in Physiogo Sdn Bhd.

Responsibilities

Serves as a representative by entertaining leads, patients, clients and visitors in request on their needs for the company's services in all medium
Understanding and implement the process needed for the physiotherapy appointment
Managing overall front desk and waiting area
Update and promoting company's services/campaign and announcement to the patients and clients
Database management
Representative and securing access to collaborations with health institutions, gym, pharmacies or related organization to widen the network for the company
Assist in the marketing for branding initiative
Assist in any assign task by superior

Requirements:

Preferably possess at least Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent.

Other courses are still invited to apply.

. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia

Good in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, etc)
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Have experience in sale
Able to work in Wangsa Maju
Completed Vaccination
