• Ensuring customer schedules are met through proper planning
• Ensuring acceptable quality and safety standards are maintained
• Overseeing the organizing, planning, and allocation of staff for inhouse and overseas assignment
• Monitoring and expediting critical parts
• Liaising with customers with regards to work at hand
• Ensuring good housekeeping in the workshop area
• Allocation of staff and resources required to complete all work
• Planning and purchase of material resources such as spares, components, tools, etc
• Responsible for stores and inventory control of the company
