Job Description & Responsibilities:


  • Manage internal and external engineering resources to deliver according to the project schedule and control overall engineering manhour costs.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of mechanical engineers, guiding them in project execution, problemsolving, and professional development
  • Collaborate with peers to implement the most suitable structure for the design engineering team to deliver the project.
  • Assess engineering risks and lead the team to integrated solutions through collaboration.

Job & Skill Requirements:


  • A minimum of 6 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Required skills: Computer skills, IT skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Resultsoriented and selfdirected, with the ability to drive change.
  • Strong people management skills to lead and build a highperforming team.
  • Possess leadership qualities with critical and analytical thinking skills.
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with robotics programming environments and systems.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
RM5, RM7,000.00 per month
