About the Role
Responsible for Apprenticeship Program Development and Implementation for FEBC.
Training Strategy and Planning
- Collaborate with senior management and department heads to develop comprehensive training strategy that supports organizational goals.
- Develop longterm training plans, including goals, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to training
- Design and develop training programs, materials, and resources based on identified needs.
- Ensure training content is relevant, engaging.
- Coordinate the delivery of training programs, either through internal trainers or external vendors.
- Oversee the implementation of training initiatives, ensuring smooth logistics and participant engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, certifications, and compliance documentation.
- Train, and manage a team apprenticeship FEBC.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to apprenticeship FEBC, promoting development and continuous improvement.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Build sustainable relationships with internal counterparts to understand the training requirement and align training initiatives with the objectives.
- Develop and implement evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness and impact of training programs.
- Collect & analyze feedback from participants, trainers, stakeholders to identify areas of improvement.
- Monitor training program metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and ROI of training initiatives.
- Generate reports and presentations summarizing training outcomes and recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business or any major related disciplines.
- At least more than 8 years of relevant working experience in Sales, Sales Management, Training, and Marketing, preferably in the Insurance & Banking Industry.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and verbal).
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
